The exchange rate displayed at the time of enquiry is not necessarily a guaranteed transaction rate.
A rate becomes applicable to a transaction only when the order is accepted, the applicable payment is received and the transaction is confirmed by GGS Forex or the relevant authorized provider.

5. Online Currency Booking

A booking or order request does not automatically constitute final acceptance.

8. Foreign Exchange Regulatory Compliance
Foreign exchange transactions are subject to applicable Indian laws, rules, regulations, directions and limits.
Customers are responsible for providing truthful information regarding:

- Source of funds
- Beneficiary details
- Relationship with beneficiary
- Supporting documentation
GGS Forex may decline, hold, modify or report a transaction where required by applicable law, regulatory requirements, sanctions screening, AML/CFT procedures or internal risk controls.
9. International Money Transfer & Remittance
Where GGS Forex facilitates international transfers or remittance services, the transaction may be processed through an authorized bank, financial institution, payment provider or other permitted service provider.
Customers may be required to provide:
- Sender information
- Beneficiary information
- Bank account details
- SWIFT/BIC information
- Purpose of remittance
- Supporting documents
- Relationship with beneficiary
- Source of funds information
- Other information required by the relevant provider or applicable law
Transfer times may vary depending on:

10. Forex / Travel Card
Where GGS Forex facilitates forex or travel cards, card issuance and operation may be subject to the terms of the relevant card issuer, bank, card network or authorized provider.
Customers may be required to complete separate application, KYC and verification procedures.
The relevant provider may determine:

11. Travel Insurance
Where GGS Forex facilitates travel insurance, the insurance policy is issued by the relevant insurer or authorized insurance provider.
GGS Forex may act as a facilitator, distributor, intermediary or service provider as applicable to the specific product.

13. Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only when GGS Forex or the relevant service provider has accepted the transaction and issued appropriate confirmation.
A website submission, enquiry, rate display, quotation or preliminary booking does not by itself guarantee fulfilment.
Customers should retain their order confirmation and transaction reference for future communication.
